Discovery Panel: A Compare and Contrast of Summon & Primo

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Now that we are all part of the same family, there is likely a lot of crossover discussion to be had from customers of both the Primo and Summon discovery systems as well as common questions regarding their underlying processes. The collaborative panel, representing the interests of both North American and International customers, intends to identify and discuss these common goals and concerns, as well as compare features and functionality from both discovery systems. Since the majority of Summon or Primo customers have little visibility into the other's product, we feel this would be particularly beneficial for both sides, given the fact there will be continued cross-pollination of many discovery features. Topics include: normalizing data, analytics, product customization, troubleshooting techniques and a compare and contrast of useful platform specific features.
