The University of Minnesota Libraries embarked on a mission to determine linking errors from third-party databases to full-text content through Alma’s link resolver. Come hear how the University Libraries tested, identified and classified access problems with OpenURLs. This presentation focuses on Alma, but much of it can be applicable to other link resolvers (e.g. SFX or 360 Link).
