The Harvard Library is on a mission to review its use of OCLC systems and services, refresh its holdings in WorldCat, enhance its MARC records, and optimize metadata in Aleph, SFX and Verde to prepare for migration to Alma. This presentation will describe challenges, decisions and practical steps taken on the journey through OCLC’s Data Sync process on the road to Alma.
