Dave Hovenden explains the challenges of maintaining and prioritizing the data ingestion pipeline for Discovery (Summon and Primo).  Plus Q&A discussion and updates with Product Manager, Eddie Neuwirth.  Topic highlights: KB and ingestion process explained, what makes a "good" or "bad" provider to work with, Common challenges "or, why this isn't easy", prioritization process for new content for discovery (or, "why does it seem to take so long when we submit a request?"), open Q&A

This session will also include the latest content updates for Primo Central and Summon and discuss how content, coupled with data analytics will drive better new features, better relevance and additional paths for exploration.
